At ZoomGoblin, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.


📦 Returns

Due to the nature of our business and the use of international suppliers, we do not accept returns for most products.

Returns may be accepted only in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was received

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items ordered by mistake
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items with incorrect size or color chosen by the customer
  • Orders delayed due to customs or courier issues

💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The item is confirmed defective or damaged
  • Proof is provided (photos or videos)

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

⏳ Late or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 45 days of shipping:

  • Please contact us at support@zoomgoblin.com
  • We will investigate and offer a refund or replacement where applicable

🚫 Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled

🛃 Customs & Duties

  • ZoomGoblin is not responsible for customs delays or fees
  • Orders refused due to customs charges are not refundable
